Studies have shown that people who know the rules of effective communication beat other well-trained people for the same position by a clear margin. Our 'communication skills', which have been with us since birth, can be improved. Regardless of the conditions in which we grew up, it is possible to show ourselves as we are, by using our communication skills.
This set of skills, which theater artists equip with professional knowledge, can be learned by anyone with a little effort. Shakespeare's phrase 'all the world is a stage' is apt to be used for just this situation. Business life is a theater stage. And we play a role in business life. It is possible to play that role properly by gaining 'communication skills'.
